Wonderfully soft wool fleece hoodie for children
The wool fleece hoodie is perfect as a top layer or a warming midlayer under shell clothing or winterwear. The wool fleece knit is brushed soft as a candyfloss on both sides, so it feels comfortable even against bare skin.
The material of the hoodie is organic certified 100% merino wool fleece, which is free from microplastics, offering an ecological alternative to synthetic fleece. The hoodie features a straight cut, a longer hem at back, and a stylish dark grey Ruskovilla logo on front of the hood.
Pure wool regulates the body temperature and breathes well. It keeps you warm even when damp and neutralises odours. Wool with no synthetics mixed in is also a fire-resistant material. Wool fleece freshens up with airing and doesn't require frequent washing.
Handmade in Artjärvi, Finland. No need to wash before use.

This is how you measure:
- Measure over bare skin or thin underwear.
- The easiest way to measure is with a tape measure. Make sure the tape measure is straight.
- If the measurements fall between the two measurements on the measurement chart, we recommend taking a smaller size as the products are strethcy.
- Remember to check the measurements on the correct size chart, especially for unisex products.
Tips for choosing your size:
- The measurements on the size chart are body measurements, which you can compare to find the right size.
- Our products are made to Finnish measurements, which means that they are generally a little looser than e.g. European sizes. If you are deciding between two sizes, a smaller size is probably sufficient if you prefer a more fitted look.
- Silk wool is more elastic than wool or silk, so keep this in mind, especially when selecting adult silk wool garments.

As we open the door and step inside the lower floor of the Old Dairy, the room is filled with a soft steady whir, paced by a faster buzz, click and then another buzz. Some twenty seamstresses are working. This is where the heart of Ruskovilla is.
