Materials

Our certified and mulesing-free organic merino wool comes from Argentina and Uruguay
Certification ensures good treatment of animals, including nutrition, shelter and health care
Sheep graze freely, except for annual shearing, and professional shepherds are trained and supervised by local authorities
We use extra fine quality, 18.5 micron merino wool, which is non-itchy and comfortable on skin
The wool's excellent thermal insulation properties are due to its curly structure
Wool balances body temperature, absorbs moisture and warms even when damp
Wool is a fire-safe material

Manufacturing

The surplus from production is delivered to Dafecor in Turenki, Finland, where it is torn and carded into wadding.
The products are stored and dispatched at Artjärvi, Finland
