We are always happy to see pictures of our products on social media, and we want to share pictures of our customers to inspire our other customers. We occasionally send out requests to share images tagged with #ruskovilla and @ruskovilla.fi on our website, social media channels and newsletters. The request can be accepted by replying to #yesruskovilla.

Please read carefully the terms and conditions below:

• By replying to our request #yesruskovilla, you agree to the terms of use on this page and give us non-exclusive permission to use the content tagged with your tag. 
• By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the non-exclusive use of the link you are using. Ruskovilla Ltd. the right to use, share and transmit the material (image, video and text) you produce on our website, social media accounts and newsletters. We will not use your material in other channels without your express permission. 
• You retain copyright to the material. We will include your name or username with the image.
• You confirm that you have taken the picture or video and written the text yourself and that you own all rights to the material. If the material is produced by a third party, you confirm that you have obtained consent to use the material in accordance with this Agreement.
• You confirm that you have the consent of all persons appearing in the images to use the material in accordance with this Agreement.
• You certify that you are at least 18 years of age. 
• Ruskovilla Ltd is not liable for any infringement, including unauthorised use, of the material. 
• Ruskovilla Oy will not pay any compensation for the use of content tagged with the hashtag #yesruskovilla.
• This Agreement will be effective immediately upon your response to Ruskovilla's request for #yesruskovilla. The agreement will remain in force until terminated by either party. You may terminate the agreement by emailing ruskovilla@ruskovilla.fi or by using the reporting form at the bottom of the published image. In this case, we will stop using the images within 30 days. 
• This agreement is governed by Finnish law. We will always try to reach an amicable solution, but if negotiations do not help, the Helsinki District Court will have jurisdiction.
