Exchanges and returns
Consumers have a 14-day return policy for online orders. The return policy applies to clean, unused and saleable products.
1. In Finland
Consumers in Finland can return products ordered from our online store within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The right to return applies to clean, unused, and saleable items.
You can also exchange the product for a different size or item. Please fill out the exchange information on the return form included with your order and return the items following the instructions below.
Exchange and return instructions
Please pack the products carefully in the original packaging. Fill out the customer return form included in the package thoroughly.
Use Posti's customer return service, where Ruskovilla covers the postage fee.
To send the return, follow the instructions on Posti's website: https://www.posti.fi/en/private/parcels-and-tracking/return-a-parcel
Choose the option "Return with a contract number" and insert the customer return contract number: 685054.

Customers are responsible for all returned items until we receive them. Remember to request and keep the receipt and tracking number when submitting the return package to a Posti office for tracking purposes.
Please note:
The right of exchange and return applies only to clean, unused and saleable products. We will check the condition of all products before refunding or sending the product for exchange.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions of saleability, we reserve the right to charge the cost of reconditioning the product for sale. For pet hair or stains, we will charge a cleaning fee of at least 20% of the value of the product.
If the product has been used, we will return the product to the original order address. In this case, we will not refund or exchange the product.
2. All other countries
Consumers in all other countries can return products ordered from our online store within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Please notify us of the return in advance via email to ruskovilla@ruskovilla.fi.

Christmas gifts
Christmas gift orders have the right to exchange and return until December 31, 2025. Please note! When placing your order, add the text "CHRISTMAS GIFT" in the message field at shopping cart's "Add order note" field, so we can ensure the extended exchange and return policy is applied.

The right of return applies to clean, unused and saleable products. For unclaimed packages, we will have to charge the return shipping and handling costs, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer.
Return instructions
Please pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Please complete the customer return form that came with the package. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return and is responsible for all returned products until we have received them.
The right of exchange and return applies only to unused products in their original packaging and in saleable condition. We will check the condition of all products before refunding any money.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within one week after we have received the refund. Please note that if you have chosen a delivery option other than the cheapest available, additional delivery charges will not be refunded.
We will refund the same payment method used to place the order.
- It may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account. This depends on the payment method you use and is out of our control.
- If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same card you used to place the order.
- If you paid by invoice, the refund will be deducted from the total amount of the invoice.
- Orders paid for with a gift card will be credited to a gift card.
If you have not received the refund you were expecting, please contact your payment provider in the first instance or, if necessary, our customer service team.
