These are the terms of use of the Ruskovilla online shop. Please read them carefully. The Terms of Use have been updated on 27.2.2026.
1. General
These Terms of Use govern the use of Ruskovilla's online store and all orders placed through it. By using the online shop, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
We reserve the right to change or update the content of the online store, including prices, product range and terms and conditions.
We sell products to adult individuals in Finland, Europe, North America and Asia. Businesses can also use the service. Companies must provide their business ID when placing an order. The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to business customers.

3. Prices
The currency of our online shop is the euro. Other currencies shown are automatically converted from euro prices, which may be subject to change.
Prices include the applicable VAT when the site identifies the user as being from an EU country or Norway. For other countries, VAT is not included in the product prices and is not charged. The final price of your order will be displayed at checkout.
If you place an order outside the EU, you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and other charges.
If there is a clear error in the price information in the online shop (for example, the price of the product is €0), we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Orders

A confirmation email will be sent on successful orders, indicating the total amount of the order, the amount of the delivery charge and the products ordered. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please also check your spam folder and, if necessary, re-order or contact our customer service. The customer agrees to the current delivery terms and conditions for each delivery.
You can place an order either as a registered customer or without creating an account. Your personal data will be stored in our customer register. For more information on the processing of personal data, please see our privacy policy.
5. Payment terms
You can pay in our online shop using several payment methods. Depending on the payment method, the payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj, Shopify Payments or PayPal. The recipient of the payment will be shown on the statement as the selected payment service provider, which will forward the payment to the seller. In case of complaints related to payments, please contact the selected payment service provider in the first instance. Any discount and promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Discount or promotional codes will not be deducted retroactively.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
6. Deliveries
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days of receipt. Available delivery methods and delivery charges will be shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times can be found in the order and delivery terms and conditions. Once the order has been submitted for delivery to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link in your email to monitor the delivery. Check that the delivered items match your order.
7. Right of return
Consumer customers can return products ordered from the online shop within 14 days of receipt of delivery. The right of return applies to clean, unused and saleable products.
You can also exchange the product for another size or product. Please fill in the details of the product you wish to exchange on the form provided with your order and return it according to the instructions below.

9. Ambiguities and dispute resolution
We will always try to resolve any ambiguity as quickly as possible, so please contact our customer service team directly. We are also required by law to inform our customers that in the event of a dispute, you have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. You can also start a dispute via the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
10. Intellectual property rights
The content of Ruskovilla's online shop, such as images, videos and texts, is the property of Ruskovilla. Unauthorised use or copying of the content or material is prohibited.
